A Simple & Novel Way to Develop Sensitivity To Your Inner and Outer Environment, Develop Cardio Endurance, Strengthen Your Auric Field and Harmonize Both Brain Hemispheres
After 8+ years of practicing qi-gong and staying curious about how our bodies work,
I came up with a playful approach to movement, heavily influenced by the vibrant world of Shaolin Kung Fu.
It’s a straightforward kinesthetic art form centered around a handful of elements anyone can learn and do!
The main intention of this method is to gain better access to the right hemisphere’s syncretic mode of thinking by shutting of the more logical, frontal lobed and left-hemisphered faculties of the brain
And to allow a means of emotional release and expression through the body.
In essence, it is a new somatic modality aimed at assisting with healing the emotional, mental & vital bodies, and in turn the physical body.
It’s also a perfect tool for someone seeking to switch up their cardio routine by skipping the humdrum of a stationary bike or running in place on a treadmill
While it isn’t a martial art nor a type of dance in the traditional senses…
Practicing this can definitely assist you to become better at either if you really embody this
Here’s What You Can Expect To Gain From This 1 Hour Crash Course:
We wanted to create a community of conscious reality co-creators that either have their own business, looking to start one, or are simply looking to go deeper into the healing of their energy bodies and walk their spiritual path with more grace and whole-ness. We don’t do New Age traps over here and we focus heavily on working within ones own microcosm to shift the macrocosm.
Rather than the watered down pop-spirituality you can get on YouTube or Rumble, what you’ll experience with our Auric Ascendents app is:
Between our free or paid plans, resources, and communities to be a part of, we will work on revitalizing your energy at the root level and help you reframe the stories that have shaped you into ones that empower you instead of ones that subconsciously hold you back
You will gain access to a number of different somatic modalities to assist with regulating your nervous system, healthy emotional release, and cultivating the life force all around and within us with Ace himself and invited guests.
As well as mental frameworks, exercises, and tools to make you a sharper and more creative critical thinker.
Since we believe that authentic and supportive relationships are one of the biggest keys to happiness and thus great health…
We emphasize building relationships with those that you resonate with through our communities and the regular challenges to help push each other to new heights while having fun!
**Side Note: If you DO register and become a user of our app, you will get access to ALL current freebies listed on Ace Browning’s resource page as well as new ones yet to be release.
You can make sure you’ve found the right one by looking for a logo that looks like this…
“After practicing Ace’s method, I realized that it would benefit my body because of my fibromyalgia. So many of the movements target fibromyalgia joints. I felt a lot of gentleness through the practice. Ace is a great instructor and offers a beautiful smile”
-Cindy W. Sedona, AZ
“This crash course introduces a lot of new concepts and movements I haven’t heard of before, so it’s quite informative and mind-opening. The movements are explained in a detailed manner while being actively demonstrated”
-Jacob L. Atlanta, GA
“Ace’s video inspired me to take time to let my thinking brain rest and let my creative mind and body play. As someone who is often stuck in their head, the repeated reminder to be guided by my body and not my mind really helped”
-Alexandria W. Washington D.C.
While this is a practice of movement influenced by shaolin kung fu, it is not intended for martial purposes.
While there may seem to be a small overlap with an approach to "no form" movement, Sanda's focus is having it's teaching applied in combat
Surprisingly, I did come up with this before becoming aware of Ido Portal and his work, but I was aware of the animal flow movement community which did inspire this method a bit.
However, while Animal Flow and Ido Portal's methods have a heavy focus on ground movements for strength, and flexibility, the Torroidal Flow Method is more geared as a means of emotional release through the body.
There is less focus on ground movements and more of a focus on just flowing endlessly within the constrains of 5-6 key elements.
Granted, flexibility and leg strength can increase with The Torroidal Flow Method, it's greater benefit is the cardiovascular strengthening and emotional release.
If you have an interest in different somatic modalities, have a passion for dance or martial arts, you will gain something from this course.
Due to its requirements of using all joints and limbs fluidly without stopping, those who may have arthritis, fibromyalgia, or difficulty with mobility due to amputation this will STILL be of benefit for you.
However, the full impact and application of the program may be out of reach.
That is okay as what you will learn here will still help you to embody your physical self in a new way! 🙂
